This project provides for security improvements for the front west entry side of the police facility. This project will provide for limestone rock retaining wall at front entry. Landscape the front entry area with low maintenance and water conserving plants. Provide water conservation features such as rain water collection systems from roof drains as well as air conditioning condensation lines. Provide example of water conservative plants and grasses for homeowner association as well as the general public to view.
