This project is to repair the damages caused by the September 2010 flooding which inundated a portion of the BCRWWS West Treatment Plant.  In addition, improvements constructed during this project will ensure that the plant is in compliance with wastewater permit (TPDES NO. WQ0010264001), which states that the plant must achieve all of its plant effluent discharge parameters including an additional 17.4mg/l daily average for nitrate nitrogen.
