Widening of the existing four-lane roadway into a five-lane section.  Construction of wider sidewalks.  Installation of trees, lighting and gateway features.  Make necessary utility adjustments.

Where?
Brushy Creek Bridge to Nash Street and also includes lighting the Union Pacific Railroad bridge.
