SMART Parents for Youth Sports

In order to complete the SMART Parent Program online, please follow the following steps:

Please call 218-5540 x 0 and register/pay for the program. There is a $5 fee. We are open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed on select holidays).
Once you register for the program, an e-mail will be sent from the person who registered you. Please open the PDF they send you.
You will need to enter the password that you receive. Note: This is NOT the username/password given to you to register for PARD programs.
Once you complete the video, please take the test, sign the pledge and fax it to 218-5548.
