Houses the genealogy collection of the Williamson County Genealogical Society. The Library has a genealogy advisor to assist with genealogy questions. Our genealogy databases are available inside the Library, or from home for card holders.

Many Williamson County records are available on microfilm.

The local newspaper, the Round Rock Leader, is on microfilm. We have brief date runs from 1929-1974 and a complete run from 1975-2005, except for 1993.

Taylor Daily Press newspaper on microfilm, good collection on Taylor history.  Check the website for current library status, mold was found in their library, so they are operating fr the middle school & city hall.

Williamson County Genealogical Society

The WCGS library collection is housed in the Round Rock Public Library.  WCGS has their regular meetings at the Round Rock Public Library. 

Sun City Computer Club- Genealogy Special Interest Group
This group meets the 3rd Thursday of the month at Sun City from 10-12 noon. 

POINTers in Person, Chapter 10- Italian Genealogy Group
This active group meets at the Round Rock Public Library. See their website for their meeting schedule.
