Finish your holiday shopping before Thanksgiving. The City of Round Rock's Clay Madsen Recreation Center invites you to the 12th Annual Rockinâ€™ Around the Holidays Bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013.
Weâ€™re Rockinâ€™ the Holiday Shopping! Goodies and gifts, treats and sweets, blings and other things! A variety of vendors will be present for you to start shopping for unique and handcrafted items. Shopping bags sponsored by Concentra Urgent Care.
Shopping hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 9. Admission is free, but please bring a canned good donation for the Round Rock Serving Center.
SHUTTLE SERVICE AVAIBLE: If the parking lot is full at Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Catch a shuttle from the Randallâ€™s parking lot, corner of AW Grimes and Gattis School Road, from 9am â€“ 1:30. Please park in the rear of the Randallâ€™s parking lot.

The Holiday Bazaar is an opportunity for local and surrounding city exhibitors and crafters to sell and display their unique, hand-crafted and creative merchandise. This event is hosted by the Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department.

Vendor Registration opens Aug. 5, 2013. All registration forms must be accompanied by signed Vendor Information Form, photos of items to be sold and or links to websites to view items. In order to maintain a variety of vendors, event staff reserves the right to accept or deny applications based on show needs. Please know that various categories of merchandise will be limited to ensure a quality and well-balanced show.
Booth applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors will be informed of acceptance/denial into the Holiday Bazaar. Do not assume that submission of application guarantees you a space in the Holiday Bazaar. Approved vendors will receive email confirmation including payment receipt.
Booth applications must be accompanied by full payment. Booths will not be held or reserved without payment. Payment methods include cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Additional services including table, chair, corner booth and electricity are available at time of application. These services must be selected and paid for in advance and will not be available for purchase day of show. Electricity is not available for outdoor booths.
Directions to Clay Madsen Recreation Center
From the North, take IH 35 and exit 251. Go left over IH 35 to the signal and go left onto to Mays Street. Go to light at 7 Eleven and go right onto Gattis School Rd. Go through stop sign and signal. CMRC is located on the left side at 1600 Gattis School Rd.
From the South, take IH 35 North and exit 251. Go right at the light and then left onto Mays St. Go to light at 7 Eleven and go right onto Gattis School Rd. Go through stop sign and signal. CMRC is located on the left side at 1600 Gattis School Rd.
