With the City of Round Rock's online payment service, you can make a one time payment for your utility bill or sign up for recurring payments. You will need your utility bill and bank account or credit card information. We accept Visa and Master Card as well as electronic check. Please choose from the links below to get started.

• There is a $1.50 transaction fee for all online payments.
• Payments made after 6:30 p.m. central time will be processed the following business day.
• Total amount due includes Friendly Rock contribution billed.

If your service has been interrupted for non payment it is necessary to call the office @ 512-218-5460 with a confirmation number to have service restored.  Accounts subject to interruption must be paid prior to 6:30 p.m. CT on the due date in order to prevent possible interruption.

Please allow three business days for your bank to process this payment.  The City of Round Rock may give temporary credit until payment has cleared your bank.

A fee of $25 will be assessed on all payments returned to the City. Payment items returned for any reason (NSF, closed account, etc.) must be paid for by money order or cash. Any items returned due to invalid EFT transit/routing numbers or invalid bank account numbers will also be assessed late penalties. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify all credit card, checking account information and/or debit card information with his/her financial institution prior to transmitting authorization for payment.
