This project includes inspection in the referenced wastewater sub-basins located over the Edward's Aquifer Recharge Zone.  This is part of a State of Texas mandated wastewater system rehabilitation program overseen by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).  The inspection includes analysing manhole inspection reports, videotape from the cleaning and televising of wastewater lines, as well as, smoke testing and flood-dye testing to find significant infiltration and inflow (I&I) sources.  All of the sources are then quantified in a final report.  Construction rehabilitation plans will be developed in the next phase for this project based on the findings of the final report.
