This project provides for Identification of significant sources of infiltration and inflow in the referenced wastewater sub-basins located over the Edward's Aquifer Recharge Zone identified during inspection.  Identified issues are physically corrected under this construction projects using plans and specifications developed in the project phase.  This is part of a mandated wastewater system rehabilitation program by the State of Texas and regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
