Is there a law for barking dogs?
A barking dog which disturbs someone either during the day or at night can be considered a nuisance. We recommend that dogs be brought in at night and if it is discovered that they are barking during the day (usually when the owner is at work) the dog may need to wear a bark preventative collar. If the dog continuously disturbs people around it, the owner can be issued a citation.

If you see a bat inside a building in a location where there are people, or in a room where someone sleeps, please contact Animal Control and they will remove it.
