WilCo Wellness Alliance conducting survey for Health Improvement Plan
Give your input on health issues
The WilCo Wellness Alliance, in partnership with Williamson County and Cities Health District, is conducting an online survey regarding health-related issues facing county residents.
Responses will be used to prioritize issues in the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a roadmap used to focus County resources to improve health and prevent disease.
"I hope everyone will let us know what they think our priorities should be. It will only take a few minutes and broad participation will give us the strongest sense of our priorities for the health of all Williamson County residents," says Dr. William Riggins, Health District executive director.
