Annual Spring Cleanup Week continues with bulk trash pickup
Set your bulk trash items curbside on regular garbage pickup day
It’s time to clean the clutter from around the house and dispose of those hazardous chemicals properly!
Spring Cleanup Week continues with bulk trash pickup the week of Monday, April 22, through Friday, April 26.
Residents may place large, bulky items out with their normal trash on their regularly scheduled pickup day. Bulky items include scrap metal, lumber, furniture, mattresses and appliances that do not contain Freon.
Items that should not be placed by the curb include televisions, computers, appliances with Freon, automotive products, home remodeling debris or household chemicals. Bulk items such as washers, dryers and hot water heaters picked up at curbside are not recycled. Recycling options for these materials can be found at roundrocktexas.gov/recycle.
Tree limbs and/or brush piles will not be picked up as part of Spring Cleanup Week.
Spring Cleanup Week began with a Household Hazardous Waste Collection on Saturday, April 20, at the Recycling Center, 310 Deepwood Drive.
If you missed it, don't worry! We have regular household hazardous waste collection from 4 to 6 p.m. the first Wednesday of each month.
