The Round Rock City Council on Oct. 11, 2012, approved 6-1 new regulations for multifamily zoning. The new regulations are designed to promote higher quality development.

Public hearings were held at the Sept. 27, 2012, City Council meeting, and at the July 25 and Sept. 5, 2012, Planning and Zoning Commission meetings. Video of these meetings, as well as the Oct. 11 meeting, is posted on Round Rock Replay.
