It’s Back-to-School time!  That means it is also a great time to take advantage of Round Rock Public Library’s Research Resources. Try some of these to make your studying easier:

A to Z the World - Discover important facts and data for countries throughout the world.  Learn about life and customs, try out recipes, and find maps for school projects.

Grzimek’s Animal Encylcopedia
- Possibly one of the best reference works on animals every published.  This online eBook resource is easily searched and provides thorough articles detailing life cycles, predators, food systems, etc. about animals around the globe.

LearningExpressLibrary
- Improve reading, math, science skills and more with practice tests, courses, and eBooks for elementary through high school levels and beyond.  Also includes tools for studying for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GED, etc.

Novelist Plus K-8 - Find Book Talks, Curricular Connection articles and hundreds of premade lists both for young readers (Recommended Reads) and for teachers (Grab and Go Book Lists). Don't miss the Teaching with Books page dedicated to helping parents and teachers.

Worldbook Online Reference Center
- This classic resource is online and better than ever with thousands of articles integrated with a built-in dictionary, citation builder, website links and more.  Specialty cites include a craft corner, activities for preschoolers, and a Spanish edition of the encyclopedia.
