New content has been added to OverDrive, the library's service for digital materials.  Round Rock Public Library cardholders can download eBooks by authors such as James Patterson and Debbie Macomber and many more.

Digital materials through this service can be downloaded to a variety of devices including computers, smartphones and eReaders like the Nook and the Kindle. Not sure which eBook reader you should buy? This review article should help.

As part of the Central Texas Digital Consortium, Round Rock has partnered with other libraries to offer downloadable materials such as eBooks and eAudiobooks to our patrons.  Round Rock Public Library is also participating in OverDrive's Advantage program which allows the purchase of materials specifically for Round Rock Library card holders.  To browse the largest selection of materials, along with Advantage titles, users should login with their card number upon entering the OverDrive site.   

Titles will be purchased and added to the OverDrive service monthly in areas of non-fiction and fiction for adults and youth.
