NEW - UPDATES TO RIDE GUIDE - AUGUST, 2014

NEW - Advance Fares Now Available for Purchase
Starting July 1, 2014, you can purchase advance fares for your rides.  Three options are available: 10, 15 and 20 trips. You will be issued a Trip Pass Card, which you will present to the driver upon boarding the bus. 

Trip Pass Cards can be purchased in person or via mail from Caren Lee, 2008 Enterprise Drive, Round Rock, Texas 78664.  Cash or check accepted.

Why?
Provide all the citizens of Round Rock with a public transportation option

What?
Demand Response Bus Service provides curb-to-curb transportation services from any origin to any destination. Reservations are required to use the service.

Where? 
Service is provided within the City Limits of Round Rock and the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of Round Rock.  Any origin or destination

Do I live in the service area?
Enter your address in the address checker above

If your address is not found, click here, then open the Layers menu on the top right of your screen, click Boundaries from the Layers menu and select City Limits and ETJ, enter your address in the search bar at the top left of your screen and click the magnifying glass.  If your location is in the pink area, it is in the city limits.  If your location is in the green area, it is located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction.

What does it cost?

Home address in city limits

  • General Fare - $5 per person, per trip
  • Discounted Fare - $2 per person, per trip

Home address in extraterritorial jurisdiction

  • General Fare - $7 per person, per trip
  • Discounted Fare - $3 per person, per trip

Do I qualify for a reduced fare?
You are eligible for the reduced fare if:

  • You are under 12 years of age
  • You are 60 years of age or older
  • You have a temporary or permanent disability
  • You are low-income

To apply for a reduced fare you need to fill out the Discounted Fare Eligibility Form (en español).  If you are applying for disability reasons you will need your qualified medical professional to fill out the Verification of Disability Form.  All forms need to be turned into Caren Lee, 2008 Enterprise Drive, Round Rock, Texas 78664 or via fax (512) 218-5536.
