Is there a better way to create lasting memories than through camping, fishing or other similar activities? We don’t think so; however, fewer families are enjoying these activities, the outdoors, and each other. </p> <p>The Outdoor Family Campout can help provide basic outdoor skills necessary for an enjoyable and successful outdoor experience. More importantly, it shows families how fun the outdoors can be.&nbsp; The campout will lead into <a href="http://www.kidsoutdoorzone.com/Get%20Started.htm">National Hunting and Fishing Day</a>.&nbsp; </p> <p>Activities include rock climbing, lawn games, a reptile and wildlife demonstration, tent decorating contest and more! The campout will lead into National Hunting and Fishing Day.</p> <p>Registration for the campout is required and each person attending must be registered.&nbsp; Children ages 2 and under are free and do not need to register.&nbsp; Registration fee includes two meals (hamburger/hot dog dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday), instructional how-to sessions, use of demonstration equipment and a t-shirt for each paid participant.
