Bring gloves and a willingness to work. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We will plant 55 trees in Kensington Park north of the Dell campus. Volunteers will meet by the playground in the middle of the Park at 8:30 a.m. to sign in, hear welcoming r&lt;a href="http://roundrocktexas.gov/cc/blogs/events/P1010018.JPG"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;emarks and an Arbor Day Proclamation. Planting begins at 9 a.m. sharp.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Volunteers will receive an Arbor Day T-shirt, free tree and gift certificates for free mulch at the city&amp;#39;s Brush and Recycling Center. To volunteer, please call 733-7625.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arbor Day is America&amp;#39;s National Tree Holiday, a day set aside to plant ceremonial trees, educate the public about the importance of trees, and honor the vital role trees play in our everyday lives. The brainchild of journalist Julius Sterling Morton, the first Arbor Day took place on April 10, 1872 in Nebraska.
