Outlaw Trail 100 Cycling Tour just 2 1/2 weeks away!

Only 2 1/2 weeks left to register for the Outlaw Trail 100 Cycling Tour 2011! Register now! The first 1,000 who register will get a free commemorative 25th Anniversary bike seat cover. Each year, the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department hosts the Outlaw Trail 100 Cycling Tour featuring 10 mile, 25 mile, 40 mile, 50 mile, 63 mile, 100 mile loop courses on county roads through historic Williamson County. This year’s event takes place Saturday, October 8th beginning at 8:00am.

Outlaw Trail isn't competitive; it is an opportunity to join cyclists from across Texas for a ride across Williamson County. There are 9 rest stops set up along the trail for cyclists to grab some snacks or a drink. Riders can ride at their own pace and rely on support from sag wagons and rest stops throughout their ride. The tour closes at 5:00 p.m. so cyclists should select a course they can finish within that time period. The event begins and ends in the Dell Diamond parking lot and is open to all ages.

Register online at www.outlawtrail100.com or print off the registration form and mail it to the Round Rock Parks & Recreation office at 301 West Bagdad Suite 250, Round Rock, TX 78664. Registration is limited to 1,000 cyclists so register now!
