Spend the Night in Old Settlers Park!

The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department is bringing back family time through one of the great American past times. No, it's not baseball... it's camping! The whole family is invited to join in the fun during the Outdoor Family Campout on September 23 and 24 in Old Settlers Park leading into National Hunting and Fishing Day. There will be an assortment of fun and educational activities for the entire family including geocaching, rock climbing, s'mores, hay rides, ice cream making and more.
 
Each person is required to register for the Outdoor Family Campout and the deadline is September 21. The $10 registration fee includes two meals, instructional how-to sessions, use of demonstration equipment, and an event t-shirt. Register online at www.roundrockrecreation.com or in person at the Parks and Recreation office.

Set up your tents and unroll your sleeping bags for an evening of fun and excitement in the great outdoors! After the Campout Make sure you enjoy National Hunting and Fishing Day!
