Get ready for "5k for Clay" by joining the "Run Your Way to a 5k" class
Don't be daunted by the distance. Sign up now to "Run your way to a 5K." This class is a beginner style running group designed to condition individuals to complete in a 5K race event. During this 8 week session, participants will train to achieve the ability to run up to 3 miles. Discussion topics for the class include pre and post nutrition, hydration and injury prevention. This class is for ages 16 years and over.
