The Round Rock Parks & Recreation Department presents their annual Easter Egg Hunts at Old Setters Park located at 3300 Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock. Come and visit the Easter Bunny and take part in these traditional holiday events!
Flashlight Egg Hunt:
When: Thursday, April 1
Where: Old Settlers Park (Lakeview Pavilion)
Fee: $4 pre-registration
$5 on-site (Cash & check only)
Ages: 3 years and older
Schedule: 8:00pm Parent assisted hunt
8:30pm Kids only hunt
Traditional Easter Egg Hunt:
When: Saturday, April 3
Where: Old Settlers Park
Fee: FREE
Schedule: 9:00am infant - 4 years
9:30am 5 - 7 years
10:00am Infant to - 4 years
10:30am 8 - 12 years
Purchase tickets for the Flashlight Egg Hunt at www.roundrockrecreation.com, Clay Madsen Recreation Center, Parks & Recreation office or by phone by calling 218-5540. Visit www.roundrocktexas.gov for more information. The traditional Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday is FREE.
Looking for a free Spring Break activity for your family? Bring your family to one of our free boat buidling schools. It’s never too early to start planning for the wackiness that is Round Rock the Boat Regatta, and the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled free boat building schools!
You will get all the information you need to make your own cardboard boat and partisepate in the Round Rock the Boat Regatta. Cardboard will be available at the workshops and at our Round Rock Recycling Center.

The Round Rock the Boat Regatta happens May 15 at the Lake at Old Settlers Park. Pits open at 9:00 a.m. and the race begins at 12 p.m.

It's not to late to register for the 2010 Texas Road Rash Inline Skate Marathon happening April 24th and 25th.

Prepare for the Texas Road Rash by participating in one of the FREE group skating events presented by Hill Country Inline Club. Interested skaters should meet in the Dell Diamond parking lot. All skating events will take place in Round Rock’s Old Settlers Park. All ages are welcome.

What Floats Your Boat? The Round Rock the Boat Regatta takes place on May 15, and Old Settlers Park will be full of spectators waiting to see
who will float, sink or swim at this fun event. Contestants make boats out of cardboard and tape and rely on their inventions to keep them afloat as they travel across the lake at Old Settlers Park.
