As part of the Arts and Culture in Public Places Master Plan and Implementation Guide process we have listened to many residents, community leaders, and people working in creative industries in Round Rock. Based on these ongoing conversations we have identified eight criteria that will guide the specific proposals developed as the final product for this study.
