Progress Report: Stakeholder Interviews and Cultural Facilities Inventory

In early December, the consultant team from H3 HARDY COLLABORATION ARCHITECTURE and WEBB MANAGEMENT SERVICES were in Round Rock for three days of stakeholder interviews and site visits. With the assistance of the Round Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and the Round Rock Area Arts Council (RRAAC), we reached out to community leaders, elected officials, business owners, educators, and people working to bring arts and cultural programming to Round Rock.

The interview process is designed to assess the current state of cultural offerings in Round Rock, to understand the existing market demand for those cultural offerings, to take an inventory of existing cultural facilities, and investigate the needs of arts and cultural organizations doing business in Round Rock. We will use what we have learned during these interviews to inform the directed investigations we will do as part of our wider public outreach efforts over the coming months.
